Relevant Accomplishment: We have managed numerous large proposals, up to $100+ million in value. For one client, we helped win 3 out of 4 proposals in the $15-$20 million range. For another, we recently provided comprehensive cost proposal support (including updating/automating an overly complex Excel template, complete budget and narrative development, and subcontractor coordination) on a successful $25 million recompete.
Contract Management

Relevant Accomplishment: Based on our deep understanding of contract clauses and US government regulations, we successfully negotiated away risks such as uncapped liability, termination for convenience, disadvantageous payment terms, etc. on many government-funded subcontracts.

Relevant Accomplishment: CV Pro USA created a new business development department for a client, focused on federal, state, and local clients, and established processes for identifying potential bids, choosing the right ones, and responding to them. We separately helped 3 foreign subs obtain SAM registration in record time during a live proposal, rendering the entire team eligible to submit the bid on time.
